"Fair Trade" is like Pro-Abortion people saying "I'm not Pro-Abortion, I'm Pro-Choice."
In other words, it's a semantics game that means nothing. He's anti-free trade, period.

Fair trade militates against free trade the way mandated quotas stifle freedom and productivity.
