I have a "regular"job and sub part time.
On my regular job,if an employee walks into the office and calls the supervisor a bitch,throws things at other workers and proclaims,"I ain't doin' s--- today".security will be called and that employee will be on his way to termination.
If a kid comes into my classroom and exibits identical behavior,he will be sent to the office and be back in ten minutes with a note saying"counseled about behavior.Call parent if it happens again".
Teachers EARN that money!
