I don't know about anyone else, but I am still waiting for Michael Schiavo to make a correction on his blog about what "actually" took place in Colorado when he went there (to the debate) to supposedly ask Congresswoman Musgrave one question and she and her staff supposedly tried to have him removed. He called it, "My unreal night in Colorado - with radio link" (Thu Oct 26, 2006 at 08:05:14 PM PST). I'll say (from what I read) that it was his "unreal night".
As I said before in "Standing up and Admitting a Mistake: Not Schiavo's Style?", if four uniformed officers were around my seat, I would have some idea of what was going on. I certainly wouldn't be sitting in "duh mode" to only be told later of what took place right there around me, as Michael suggests he was. If Michael's account is realistic -- his response and reaction is not. Nor is his response appropriate now that he has "learned" what he was "allegedly told" is not what took place. One would think if he can't get the words out that he was mistaken, he could at least have removed the inaccurate entry from his blog.
He has done neither.
I'm also still waiting to read about, "Also, maybe tomorrow I'll post about my election-eve rally with Bill Clinton in Florida." (A real election impact by Michael Schiavo, Thu Nov 09, 2006 at 10:40:34 AM PST). Indeed, I would love to read that story by Michael, since I read it was not possible. Not if he was implying it was the Bill Clinton that is the former President of the United States. Will be interesting to see what he says about that if he ever does.
If Michael couldn't get it straight what happened at the Musgrave debate or even if he spent election-eve with former President Bill Clinton -- do you suppose he might have gotten Terri Schiavo's wishes mixed-up as well? (He does claim to have a bad memory from what I read.) Makes one wonder. At least makes me wonder. Whatever...
I'm still waiting for the corrections if not the explanations!
Carrie Hutchens is a former law enforcement officer and a freelance writer who is active in fighting against the death culture movement and the injustices within the judicial and law enforcement systems.
I saw that :-)
Pretty good credentials. Actors are smarter than Democrats unless, of course, they are Democrats.
Let me try to dope this some more. CSI Las Vegas is a television program. Are we good so far?
(JHReport) Confirming what many other national conservative sources have been saying for months, the James Hartline Report has now uncovered new evidence which indicates that the pro-life "make-over" of GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney is nothing more than a cover for an extremely radical and liberal philosophy.

Yup
Interesting. Thanks for the ping.
Thompson also played the Navy captain in "Hunt for Red October" which despite the presense of Alex Baldwin was a better movie than "Bedtime for Bonzo."
The last actor we elected POTUS worked out just fine.
The Hunt for Red October was a winner -- most thanks of all to Tom Clancy. Baldwin performed well. (I do not mind liberals being actors. Would we ever get to eat a cheeseburger if liberals were doing the burger flipping? :-) )
I have never watched an episode of Law and Order, the Sopranos (except for a few minutes), CSI Las Vegas or (gulp) 24! Oh, I will someday. Probably. Hey, I missed The Sound of Music until this century. One of these days, if a rerun of Seinfeld is on, I'll take a peek as I walk by. And then keep walking.
He was OK but I sure didn't like his wife Hillary.
"Law and Order" is a pretty good show. But you're right, a lot of people don't know the name Fred Thompson, but they recognize him when they see a picture.

I'm sure that Miracle Whip is a staple in Arkansas trailer parks.
While the Schindler family fought to keep Terri, I entertained too many people who spoke about the separation of powers and that no court or executive should have been told anything by any legislature during Terri Schiavos demise. While I knew how and why disagreed in this case, I could sincerely understand the position these companions took. I entertained fools, or at least foolishness.
This weekend, between remembering Terri and hearing Mitt Romneys comments on Sunday, I could see perhaps the demise of both constitutional balance and a presidential campaign. Mitt Romney said that he thinks it's probably best to leave these kinds of matters in the hands of the courts. I generally think that it's not a good idea for courts to legislate. Nor is it a great idea for legislatures to adjudicate in a specific circumstance. I had heard this before.
Mitt Romney and all my friends who have argued on his side are not only wrong in this case, but their thinking could sink a fair presidential candidate.

Wagglebee, I suspect the real numbers have crept up as well, although under the surface of visibility. I suspect this cloud on permissiveness masks a larger number of times the doctors and medical help sort of let people slip quietly away proactively or benignly, when otherwise it would have been noticed.
Salem, OR (LifeNews.com) -- The number of Oregon residents using the state's assisted suicide law to kill themselves is on the rise. New figures from the state's health department show more people in Oregon died under the assisted suicide law in 2006 than any year previously.
The Department of Human Services of Oregon, in its annual report, reveals that 46 Oregonians, most of them suffering from cancer, kill themselves after getting a prescription for a lethal amount of drugs from their physician.

The first thing the Rudyites did was start crying to him that FReepers were saying mean things about Rudy's liberalism. It sounded like stuff an eight year old would say about their siblings.
Think of the wonderful service Candidate Rudy did to our FreeRepublic! His candidacy has outed a whole gaggle of closet liberals who otherwise would not have been recognized, many who hid and sniped safely from the shadows before. Now they are out in the open for all to see. They just couldn't help themselves.
Now they have been rudied. And, with their exposure comes the irrelevance they have earned.
Hey, just because YOU didn't figure it out before, it doesn't mean the rest of us were fooled! :-)
And, with their exposure comes the irrelevance they have earned.
Or they could just LEAVE (voluntarily or otherwise).
I will have you know I am not half as myopic as they say.
I was just pretending.
Always the politician!
