Newt and Hillary joined forces on the issue of reforming the current system that handles private medical records of American's, from a cumbersome, unsafe paper file system, to a more secure electronic record keeping system. Newt did support Bush`s Medicare prescription Drug Program, but he never traveled with Hillary on some quest for HILLARY CARE PART 2!
