They thought George Allen was the man lot a good that did.\
This is gaining momentum now and like it or not this is Rudy's to lose.

George Allen is gone. For now anyway. Newt's made no decision yet but he's been polling good for someone who hasn't announced. And Cong Hunter just kicked off his campaign effort. The other day somone posted polls from recent primary campaigns. At this time in 1999, Liddy Dole was in front. Remember Howard Dean was the early leader in the Dems 2004 race.
Give it some time, you cynic.
