Tough on crime usually is code for gun-grabber. I saw nothing about second amendment rights on Giuliani's presidential website last I looked.

So apparently cleaning up the most violent city isn't conservative....

NYC is not Texas. Gun control was already the law anyway, and Rudy cracked down on the felons and thugs gunowners.
