I'm all for spanking the manure out of Iran .... as I was for the same in Iraq ... but for crying out loud
Can't we put someone else in charge of kicking their arses?
Bush can't even pronounce "Amajenad" ... he's proven he can't negotiate a real war, which is what we'll get when we attack Iran ......can you imagine how that press conference will go?
I miss Ronald Reagan.
So do I....for many reasons. However, we have to remember he left Lebanon after the Marine barracks bombing by Iran proxy Hezbollah. Action at that time would have saved us a lot of trouble now.
Go after IRAN is exactly what would should be doing...should have done it on September 12, 2001. They have been attacking and killing Americans for many many years.
A real War with IRAN....let face it people if we took the gloves off and used our armed forces correctly we can make IRAN look like IRAQ circa 1991 in about 2 months.
The whole problem is the American public who have life so good that they dont have the time for some sacrifice and dont really care...a great majority of the new immigrants to this country....are only takers and do not have anything invested in this country...they want the US $$ and benefits but their loyalty is elsewhere.
Pulling out of Iraq is no going to happen...what we need is a mass troop deployment to the Iranian border....let the sunni and shia kill each other for awhile ...they seem good at it. Tell Iran in no uncertain terms that f 16's and bombers will be all over them for months if they so much as sneeze......Extreme and cruel force is the only thing they understand.....ask an iraqi soldier from 1991.
If by negotiate, you mean that he can't get ALL of the terrorists done away & killed off & shut-out, well, it's only a matter of time--and LOTS of it--to get a real strong handle on:
1. Where the guerillas are coming from
2. How & where they are getting their weapons
3. How to stop & deny them from obtaining & using those weapons & themselves.
But know this: Our President is Utterly-Determined to win, for the Honor of the USA, the Commonwealth of Iraq, the Security of the Middle East (including our foreign policies with them) and for the Armed Forces who have suffered so much.
Reagan pulled out of Lebanon after we were attacked. Would he be pushing the Iraq War past WWII lengths?
