Long ago.....an officer drop kicked a paper bag lying in the street outside Fraunce's Tavern in NYC.

And that's because every innocent person walking along TWO BRIDGES, ONE OVERPASS, AND ONE UNIVERSITY BASEMENT is a card carrying, highly trained and certified munitions expert. On the local news, they just seemed like regular people, who knew?
