Put me on the list, if not already.

I'm bringing a sign that will read:

Muslim + Liberal = Miserable

Is that too un-PC? Personally I don't give a rat's ass (I came up with it) but I don't want to be too offensive for others. I'm new to this.

Feedback please.

Rocky, I appreciate your coming to D.C.

As for the sign idea, it paints too broad a brush. We have friends and allies in the muslim community, just as we have enemies among muslims. No sense in alienating our friends. For those reasons I don't like that sign idea.

I misfired on my first sign idea for a freep in 1998. Other Freepers told me my idea was not good. I changed the sign and carried it for a long time. The new sign was seen on TV and in newspapers.

The messages we use that day have to be accurate. Slamming radical Islamists who want to kill us is fine. Slamming all muslims is counter-productive.
