Maybe, but IMHO it seems unlikely. The law of survival should rule when two armed people face off, and go in favor of the survivor.Everything else being equal of course.

The dead man was obviously in a place he “has a right to be,” according to Florida law. Therefore, if the police did *anything* that could be construed as a credible threat to preserve their cover, the man was justified in using deadly force. If they killed him instead of yielding when he was justified in using deadly force, they are murderers.
