Anything grown/raised in Texas/Calif./ southwest can be grown/raised in Mexico. It can also be processed/cold shipped from there. Remember NAFTA? ( Clowntoon signed it).
Its a world market and there is no going back.

In theory, in actuality Mexico needs to cut back on corruption before it can produce anything.
