He said that he will occasionally make appearances on Fox News...but, that he was flattered and proud that Roger Ailes had enough faith in him to offer him that job...

He also mentioned that Brit will still be the Managing Editor in Washington, so his job will be the same (I guess a lot of people, like myself thought Brit was the Bureau Chief)...

That is about it...he was very low keyed, but sounded totally awed that he was given the job.

I thought Brit said he was retiring this year? I hope he stays around.

I'm happy to hear about his promotion .. but at the same time I'm afraid that FNC will replace with another nitwit like Gretchen
