The only way she could win them is against a liberal Republican like Rudy. And don't write off her chances to pick up a few of those southern states if she's running against a well-known gungrabber like Rudy.

Your list of Rudy states isn't worth discussing. No reason to believe he could win more than a few of the smaller ones like WI and MN.

States like NY and NJ have very strong Dim political machines and operate on patronage and party discipline, relying on 70% Dim registration. Rudy will not win those against Hillary.

That's a 20 EV pick up right there! Add that to the 286 Bush won then we're at 306. Hillary would have to pick up 38 EV. I don't see that happening.
