What ever happened to the new dog ,Seamus.?
We havent seen him in a while. maybe she will bring him back to campaign with her after a while.
I would imagine the biggest job of the secret service in Chappaqua is walking Seamus every day. He probably makes a nice pet for the agents, living in Hillary's garage and making the payments on the place.

When this man is lecturing us about energy policy, let us remember that he has personally chosen to house his family in an energy-devouring 28,000 square feet of structure.
Conservation is for the little people.

My sense of Asheville is that there are a lot of hippies, etc, but most of them are apolitical bums and flakes who don't vote or have much opinion about anything other than how good or sorry their last dope hit was. Orange County in general and Chapel Hill in particular have raving liberals who vote, send money to other raving liberals, and generally cause a lot of commotion and trouble.
By the way, I believe that Mike Nifong was a classmate of John Edwards at UNC Law School. Maybe Nifong will go work for him when he loses his law license.

Thereby making Medical care more expensive for us all. And which care must now be socialized for the good of all!
No matter how cynical I get it's never enough to keep up!!!!

Really?
Classy of him to not bring that up during the '04 campaign -- it could have been used to score cheap political points with blue collar voters. ;-)

There are two Americas, one is for shifty liberal trial lawyers with big houses, and the other one pays more for health care due to shifty liberal trial lawyers with big houses.

The 28,200-square-foot Edwards home... Sounds a little cramped to me. Can his ego really fit in that small a space? ;)

You said, in part: John Edwards is currently working for a UNC program that is supposed to fight poverty.

Less than 2 years into it, he has quit that work. I live in NC, but I think there may still be a pocket or two of poeverty left. However, it may be difficult to see from his living room(s).

He also bankrupted a half dozen NC OB Docs. It would be interesting to hear their stories.

Did you notice how many trees got cut down for that place and how barren the ground is without them?
Heavily wooded, indeed! /sarc

He has plenty of acres left for a runway to land and hanger space to house and service AF 1, unixfox. He's just trying to appear humble, though it's hard to do for people such as little bitty John who are perfect in every way.

That barren ground will be little bitty John's great big private 18 hole golf course.

TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND SQUARE FEET?
DANG! You'd think that he could conserve energy and that ten thousand square feet would be enough!
