Yes he did and yes he is. That's inexcusable.
YOu all should have seen it live...it was an abomination when they effectively TOLD the General to review what he said, thoroughly, so he would not make the same mistake again........I guess they cant stand when a General tells a bunch of washed up old bastards how to win a war.
