"Conally and Johnson were at war with each other"

They were friends and co-workers since the late 30's - early 40's. They were splitting politically by the time Johnson got elected VP. Conally had political ambitions as his own. Nonetheless, Johnson got Kennedey to appoint him Secretary of the Navy.
From there, he went on to be elected Governor of Texas in 1962 and took over the leadership of the then dominant Conservative wing of the Texas Democratic party. In fact, the stated purpose of the Kennedy visit to Dallas was to try and heal the split between the Conservatives and Libs in the party.
Later, after the assination, both Conally and the Conservative Democrats vehemently oppossed the so-called "Civil Rights Bill" of 1964 (the then small Texas GOP did as well and Republican Senator John Tower joined in the Southern Filibuster). This helped accentuate the differnces between the two and led ultimately to Connally's leaving the Dims to join the GOP and try for President himself thinking he would be on friendlier ground. Unfortuneatly for him, he was wrong.
I believe his late wife, Nellie, expressed doubts about the Warren report herself shortly before her death recently.

I believe his late wife, Nellie, expressed doubts about the Warren report herself shortly before her death recently.

Nellie Connally did NOT express doubts, she stated clearly that the first bullet that hit JFK did NOT hit John Connally. That quote was made on Nov 22, 2003 on the Larry King Live show. Nellie went on to ask if a bullet could hang in midair because she saw JFK wounded by the first shot and then John Connally turn first to his right. She says he turned to his left and then as he was facing forward he was hit in the back.

Actually, every one of the witnesses got some it wrong. Five shots fired in eight seconds is a lot for the brain to process. What she really got right was that John Connally turned to look over his left shoulder, he never got to turn and look over his right shoulder as he was hit in the back as he was turning.

Look at how John Connally describes how he was shot in the link:

"John Connally describes how he is driven forward as the bullet hits him in the back"

Connally says he turned to look over his right shoulder, he was turning back to look over his left shoulder when he was hit, the bullet drove him forward....

We don't see him driven forward until he is turning, this is at Zframe 325, the point the bullet fired from the TSBD, drives Connally forward where he collapses forward and into his wife's lap to the left of him.

So WHY did the shooter in the Texas School Book Depository miss? Simply because the bullet to JFK's head 0.7 seconds earlier at Zframe 313 knocked him out of the way. The bullet missed JFK's head and hit Connally in the back.

"Explaining John Connally's wounds, an explanation I posted on FreeRepublic a few months ago"

Pretty simple, isn't it? The reason the geniuses posing as investigators (many of them doctors and lawyers who simply don't understand even the simplest of physics) got fooled into believing the magic bullet theory is that you have to explain all the other wounds in the seconds up to Z=325. With the FBI destroying and altering evidence at the direction of J. Edgar Hoover, it takes a little digging to find out what happened earlier. So instead of looking for a possible scenario, they believed a clown like Arlen Specter and the impossible.

1960's technology can't stand up to today's technology, you can look at things much closer than "they" ever imagined. You might now begin to understand WHY LBJ sealed all this stuff up until everyone is dead. You do know that The Records Review Act in the 1990's released SOME stuff, but not all of it. Some is still locked up.

It's simply too hot to handle, even today. A coup in the United States in 1963, the VP kills Kennedy and the idiots in the media are still trying to sell us a fairy tale.

Still have doubts?

Look at this letter found in government files in the late 1990's, a letter from Nixon's office saying Jack Ruby is performing iformation functions for Nixon's staff and should not be called for open testimony? Come on, the Warren Commission told us that Ruby was a nobody but the future VP and later the President knew Ruby 16 years before JFK was killed. Nixon was in Dallas on Nov 22, 1963 and the night before was a "party" with Nixon, LBJ, Hoover and other powerful people to put the final seal of approval on JFK's murder the next day.

People like Possner and Gary Mack say it didn't happen but there are too many witnesses not to believe that LBJ, Nixon and Hoover were there.
