Thanks Margaret--missed Greta. I'm sorry to have missed Freedman. I guess this will be Nifong's response--Never had a grievance before and he didn't "intentionally" do anything wrong. It will be interesting to see how it ends up.

Never had a grievance before and he didn't "intentionally" do anything wrong.

My wife just fell down the stairs and broke her neck after I didn't intentionally push her. I expect no punishment.
