I STILL think Crystal should be forced to become a PUBLIC figure in every way....published name, picture, and public testimony.

That would be what a trial does. You can not force a news organization to print her name or publish her picture. And you can not stop them from doing so now if they want.

The question is will this case lead to a change in the way rape allegations are treated. I prefer more publicity about both the accused and the accuser. I don't want this charge hidden from the public. So keeping the accused names out of the press is not a solution I like. I think the light of publicity gets us more toward the truth.
