Since the threshold is $15,000.........per insured family......I don't see how there can be any employers offering more expensive coverage.

Never mind that the states pay for sex change operations for prisoners, etc.

I'll agree that's the vast majority of plans constitute less than $15K in premiums right now. However, at the current rate of price increases how many years will it take before the reverse is true? I highly doubt any law would be indexed to the healthcare market.
