He did speak about stopping the frivolous and out of control lawsuits that are damaging our health care in this nation (tort reform).

I understand what you are saying about the healthcare plan. I still want more information. As many have said, it really is doa with the Dems....and we also know with the same certainty that Hillarycare could be a mere few months away .......unless she/they are stopped. and THAT should give pause to EVERYONE who has decent health insurance now.
