Well, they got an eyeful, every time President Bush mentioned victory, Nancy sat their on her butt sucking her teeth and blinking the Star Spangled Banner.
I have been hearing the discussion about her blinking her eyes. It wouldn't fit in her situation but I heard a doctor talking about blinking of the eyes. He said when a person was speaking if they blinked their eyes constantly, they were lying. She wasn't speaking but maybe she was thinking about her coming lies. LOL!
