No, all this thread gone to waste as to what was really being said by Bush by those that continue to drink the kool-aid, which I guess includes you. Tom Brokaw was just commenting that Bush for the first time spoke of global warming, and said that Bush was appealing more to the Dems than to the Pubs. Now you'll hear how its being interpreted out in the great MSM scheme of things. And it's all going to be how Bush was placating the Dems at the expense of his base (unless, of course, you are a Bushbot and can't see that), because that is exactly what Bush was doing.
This is still a great site, but sadly the days of hard core analysis like we saw here pre-2000 are behind us. For those who disagree, consider that the single greatest number of comments on this thread were aimed at disparaging Democrats' looks or attire as opposed to interpretint/analyzing the substance of this address.
