First, it's not about the people supporting the war or not it's about our security
Second, where the h3ll does he get the goll to claim that he knows what the military believes, re-enlistment rates and voting records show just the opposite of what he said. It is a blatant lie and he needs to be driven into the deck for such a reckless remark.

Says it all doesn't it? They want to see the U.S. defeated. I hope this picture comes back to haunt them.

Boy, if I was his son serving in Iraq, I sure would be embarrassed. For Webb to say that the military does not support the wot is beyond disgraceful; I hope Peter Pace slams him BIG TIME over this lie. What a shameful human being. I tried to send him an email, but his site doesn't have an e-addy yet. Oh so typical, working for defeat. As I said above, if I was his son, I'd be flat out embarrassed and would be hanging my head in shame with my fellow-soldiers on the battlefield.
Analyzing the proposal or just what the media reported? Hannity flubbed it bigtime today. Once again, the Dems hate it so it can't be socialized medicine or another entitlement.
Calling them "the Islamist radical movement" isn't naming the ideology? Whatever.

Groan. I'm with you. I'm getting to the point where I cringe every time Virginia is mentioned on this forum.
I think it was more not voting for Allen than voting for the Webb nutcase. Allen (who I lived across the street from when he was a congressman) is a pompous ass with an almost perfect voting record. His ridiculous display during the campaign lost him the election--I was waiting for it to happen. Besides, Virgina is fine, the DC suburbs are so full of the radical left it's frightening.
And he supposedly threw out the speech they wrote for him, and wrote his own.
That isn't surprising, what is surprising is how the entire MSM is happy to dismiss without complaint that the democrats picked a man to give the response, but WROTE HIS SPEECH FOR HIM.
This could have been the entire speech...says it all.
