Riiiiight!! You say NOTHING to anyone else who was "politicking" except for me. Your original problem is that it was Duncan Hunter, and you THINK he can't win, but you are wrong. He is a Conservative and you are not familiar with who and what they are because you want another RINO and that is what's screwing up our party.

It isn't "good" for those of us who have employer-paid excellent health care plans worth more than the amount chosen,
But it's still a good plan for America. I think we should eliminate tax breaks altogether, and just lower the tax rates. But if we are going to use the tax code to "incentivize" stuff, let's use it to incentivize what we want, which is moderately priced health care plans for everybody. We can do that by NOT providing special incentives above a set amount, and using the savings to give the tax breaks to individuals who buy their own insurance.
We have reached the point however where an uncomfortable number of people at FR don't want to talk about issues, or think things through, but are just a bit bitter and frustrated and ready to jump whenever WND or whoever tells them to.
Rush laid a good one on this type of person today, sounding like he opposed the plan, waiting for all the audience to go nuts, and then explaining it. However, I don't know how he ended it up.
