Quinine 'kwi:ni:n is a natural white crystalline alkaloid having antipyretic, anti-malarial with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties and a bitter taste. It is a stereoisomer of quinidine.
Quinine was previously superseded by chloroquine, but is now again the drug of choice for treatment of falciparum malaria because of the rise of chloroquine resistance. Quinine is available with a prescription in the U.S. Quinine is also used to treat nocturnal leg cramps and arthritis and it has also been used (with limited success) to treat people who had been infected by prions. It was once a popular heroin adulterant.

Nonsense, they appropriated $$ to get started on the fence, and they also have the Nat. Guard down there improving roads and supplementing surveillance. Is it enough, of course not. Correct, Bush deserves blame for the prescription drug benefit welfare. Yet he told you and I that was exactly what he was going to do. The bottom line is this. Bush's positives far outweigh his negatives. I could pick 5 or 6 negative things Reagan did, and like you, try to use them to paint RWR as a incompetent buffoon: Botched Iran-Contra, REAL amnesty for 4 million illegals that opened the floodgates to millions more border crossers, withdrawing from Lebanon after the Marine barrack debacle, letting free-spending libs have their way with the budget, letting Liddy Dole run roughshod over the 10th Amendment - forcing states to set their drinking age at 21, etc. But a thinking person will take these negatives and compare them to Reagan's positives and realize on balance, he was one of the few GREAT presidents this country has ever had.
Same goes with GWB. His facing off against the world's terrorists is every bit as important as Reagan facing off against the USSR. And once again, the ridicule of the MSM, all the leftists moonbats, the appeasers and the ankle biting "conservatives" will have the same effect on GWB as they did on RWR. They will all be forgotten as the worthless sissies they are, or they will spend time try polish their image (like John Kerry at the '04 Dem convention praising Reagan and pretending that he too was a cold warrior standing shoulder to shoulder with RWR to defy the evil empire - BARF BARF BARF). And Bush will have to do nothing to polish his image. The jihadis still left hiding in caves will continue to curse his name, while the muslim ME is finally brought into the modern world.
And just for the record, GWB is an even bigger tax cutter than Reagan.

The overall tone was restrained. Not nearly the amount of energy out of Bush - or applause from the well - that we've seen in past speeches.
I thought the portion covering domestic issues sounded like a Democrat president speaking, but obviously the foreign policy stuff is right on the mark.
Chris Wallace called it a "mixed bag". I'd say that's about right.
