what if you pas a law that ended the courts exclusive right
to rule. For example a 2/3rds majority in the house and senate
required to overturn a voter approved and enacted law. Also would add condition to remove judge for over stepping bounds
with simple majority of house vote.

That would provoke a Constitutional crisis. The courts would never meekly give up their Godlike powers.

I fear at this point the only solution will involve considerable blood in the streets.
