I'm glad that I don't have a defeatist attitude.
It's not impossible. We just need the right guy, someone from outside the two party system, that can be a leader.
I have said for a while now the best bet for conservatives is to leave the GOP en masse and join or form a third party. Only something of that magnitude will allow the message of conservatism to be heard and allow new faces to be shown as leaders of the movement.

Why am I a "defeatist"? Because of the electorate. Heck, Church friends are clamoring over Hillary. Why, she brings a certain type of "motherhood" to the presidency that we sorely need "so we can stop all this killing."
The phrase which secures growth in government is "It's the electorate stupid".
People want their freebies, how can you stop that, they are the ones that vote.
Only hope is reaching out to the young.
