You know, given how these paranoiacs are convinced that we're planning to have jackbooted thugs round up all the smokers of the world and send them to concentration camps, I briefly considered posting "Of course smokers have rights. They have the right to remain silent, the right to speak to an attorney, and to have an attorney present during any questioning..." but thought better of it. That might drive them over the edge.

What are the end results of smoking bans? Fines! What happens if the property owner refuses to pay the fines? Jail! What happens if they refuse to voluntarily be taken in to custody? Shoot out!
You support smoking bans by force of government guns. Your position is worse than supporting concentration camps, your position is supporting the death penalty for property owners that allow the consumption of a legal property.
I would assume that you are just to naive to see the connection, but I suspect that you do see it and that you still support such actions.
