In this case sending desk jockeys (from the Pentagon) into the field will net the same result as sending Durbin, Hillary or (Name an Idiot), they are mostly holdover Wannabe Politicians with an Agenda. Those at the Pentagon are not easily dismissed and rarely even reprimanded even though many of the leaks we see in the New York Press that damage National Security are from those very Desk Flying not Commanding untouchables (think Lepers and you start getting in the right frame of mind)
