Are you still freezing in MI? We got wind here...ugly stuff...three days it hasn't quit. HTB is a Michigander, er Michigoose, er, Person in-and-or-from Michigan (Minnesota, Misery, Missississississippippi)?
I did not know. I grew up there -- depending upon where there is of course.
(But we're looking at a bit of snow tonight, and the 4WD is still only 2WD. Dagnabit!)

I'm not even going to pretend I know anything about this conversation. A smart choice! (Other than "breithe" in Gaelic can sound quite a bit like "Brea" in English -- depending upon your pronunciation of the latter.)

That poem or song I posted back a ways, "Sumer is icumin in ...",
that is the weirdest mixture of French, German, and Gaelic I ever encountered, but what really astonishes me is that I can read it. Supposedly it's English.
Like an Archeopteryx is a chicken, I suppose.
