LOL --- my folks were Roosevelt democrats during the war. I think they liked Truman too, but when IKE came along, they never voted democrat again.

My mother was a life long registered democrat .. mainly because we had a couple relatives that were in politics
But she never voted for a Dem after Carter .. she said she learned her lesson
