There are well meaning people, God bless them. Sometimes though, they are also a bit naive. Sure, a young girl might be pregnant, and life might be a bit harsh for her. On the other hand, she might be pregnant and be a little thug too. If the director thinks that young girls can't be thugs, she should watch the recent video of three girls beating another girl. Unfortunately for the director, she got thugs instead of hugs.

Ah, you must mean BUSINESS hours. :)
From what I've gathered, watching the House Democrats, "business hours" can be taken in two-minute increments. That's how their first hundred hours have lasted more than two weeks.
