Initially, I was fully supportive of those agents until I learned of their lying and concealing evidence. In good conscience, that's no longer an option...nothing any worse threatening to public stability than a lying LEO.

You are factually incorrect. Whenever CBP officers (which includes Border Patrol) use deadly force, whether they hit the target or not, on or off duty, the incident must be reported both orally and in writing.
