Washington County Maryland is conservative. However, Hagerbush is a festering pustule on her buttocks, filled with liberal scum. Liberal slime have taken over the local newspaper's forums, which are moderated with a Liberal slant - I used to post there all of the time, but it finally got so bad I left and vowed never to post there again.

From reading that newspaper, I've gotten the feeling that crime is starting to become an issue in Hagerstown, particularly in the downtown area.
It even sounds like urban blight is starting to creep into Hagerstown's downtown area too.
Do you live in that area? Are you seeing this too?
