I instantly smelled a EuroSocialist agenda had to be at the base of this expose, and look what popped up towards the end:

Er - how cheap is penicillin. Peanuts I thought. and I also thought the socialist utopia had univeral health care for all. Another example of everybody equally having nothing under socialism.
