Just recieved an advisory via 911 on the scanner to all units.
I wonder why my NOAA radio has not sent out an advisory?
Also no e mail notice of the quake like I usually get.
The USGS is calling it a quake in Russia east of Kuril Islands.
Oh there went my e mail ping for the USGS notification.
Where are you located? The CA EDIS system is down...
