With this last update a few minutes ago, they moved both Taiwan and Guam to a more serious warning level -- from watch to warning
They just posted update #5 for california to alaska area.

Good luck Guam. One of the things that worried me when I worked in the Navy is whether a tsunami could suck out the caison of a drydock. I hope the people of Guam remain safe and the Naval Base there suffers no damages.
