I love that idea! There does need to be some sort of way that kidnapping charges could be added to the molestation charges.
This just dawned on me while I watched the discrepancy unfolding. Last night O'Reilly went off on the lenient Vermont judges. These cases were of years of molestation within a home or family type setting, or related. Not involving snatching a child but having one readily available. These judges claim they are trying to follow the law's intent and give these creeps a chance for "treatment" for their pedophilia. Besides that it doesn't work, I think society is ignoring something staring us right in the face. These hostage children are the same as kidnapped for the purposes of molestation, as if they HAD been taken off the street and physically and psychologically imprisoned. There isn't any difference. This is staring us in the face and I don't know of anyone who has expressed it. Do you? A kidnapping charge would take this out of the realm of where these people could get a slap on the wrist!
