Something is very strange about this two Devlin business. I just went back over the thread, and noticed that on post 139 I quoted someone in law enforcment who originally said on camera that Devlin was a convicted sex offender from Utah. I remember seeing one of the officers at the presser say it, it didn't come from a reporter.
