surely has something already cooked up with his "not guilty" plead to Ben Ownby's kidnapping.
sure HE has
He cannot possibly explain away Ben's kidnapping AS WELL AS Sean's kidnapping by concocting bits and pieces of partially true, distorted stories and make it all fit to make HIM a fine, upstanding citizen who just happened to be caught with two missing young boys in his apt. (that even his own family and his employer of 25 years knew nothing about. These same people now realize he was leading a double life.)
I'm wondering if part of his defense will be that he was abused as a young child. He was adopted. He could either claim abuse by somebody from his original family or from the family who adopted him. Also could claim some sort of psychological disorder.
Did you note that the Devlin family statement said they were glad Shawn and Ben were safe, and when everything comes out they hope Michael WILL BE SAFE, TOO. I make something of that. Sounds like an "I'm a victim, too" defense is in the offing. But I admit it's a shot in the dark guess. Who knows what they will try?
I actually care nothing about that side of this case. I feel the same as I did in the Scott Peterson case. It was Lacy's side I cared about. Period.
