Devlin was 22/23 when Scott came up missing and yes they are looking at that case also. It is up to each county who has a missing child to get with the other counties and the FBI. Scott was from St. Charles CO
The National Missing Children page on Missouri shows the Scott boy as being from St. Charles, MO. I looked on the map and it's a suburb of St. Louis. Very near Kirkwood as a matter of fact. Didn't Devlin grow up in the area?
