I saw on Hannity and Colmes tonight a Dr. James Dobson talking about Senate bill S.1, section 220 (IIRC). This bill seeks to curtail grassroots lobbying efforts.
Definite on the S.1. I don't know if the sponsor's name was said. Alan jumped in with the fact is was supported by both Dems and Reps.
