How did Rice respond? Boxer is despicable.

Boxer went on for minutes with her tirade. That statement was only a part of a much longer diatribe. Sec. Rice replied thus:

"And let me just say, I fully understand the sacrifice that the American people are making, and especially the sacrifice that our soldiers are making, men and women in uniform. I visit them. I know what they're going through. I talk to their families. I see it." (Source: FNC website)

By that logic, since none in Congress are middle-class, they have no business deciding what is best for our livlihood - health care and taxes included.

Kennedy has no right to an opinion on crime, except maybe how those who murder young women should be treated by the justice system.

The Mom Party officially died. Watch for the Dems to suddendly drop the "M" word from their vocabulary lest they remind everyone of Boxer's remarks.

I'm sure all those single, young women voters we hear so much about have many children and will rush to vote a Mom into office in 2008.
