Pelosi has asked the Labor? committee to include Samoa in the bill. Not sure how that works?

Since the bill has been passed, I think any changes would have to be made in the House-Senate conference committee to iron out any differences in the House and Senate bills, or as a separate bill. The horse is already out of the stable on this one.
