Here is the President quote in his speech regarding the terrorist regime of Syria and Iran, courtesy of freeper finnman69. The President made it very clear that we are going after the supply lines of terrorists and weapons coming from Syria and Iran.

Succeeding in Iraq also requires defending its territorial integrity – and stabilizing the region in the face of the extremist challenge. This begins with addressing Iran and Syria. These two regimes are allowing terrorists and insurgents to use their territory to move in and out of Iraq. Iran is providing material support for attacks on American troops. We will disrupt the attacks on our forces. We will interrupt the flow of support from Iran and Syria. And we will seek out and destroy the networks providing advanced weaponry and training to our enemies in Iraq.

Great quote in your post, that sounds like a hell of a plan to me!
Of course the media will totally ignore the Syria/Iran angle and insist the President doesn't have a plan and is just sending troops off onn a whim.
They can sit and spin now bc this is going to work and it will be harder and harder to sell that BS line that we are losing.
Our military lose?....Pullllease
It's time to untie their hands though.
