They can cut off funds if they want but there's enough in the war chest for now that will last till at least the end of the year. The $100 billion supplemental that President Bush will request doesn't have a time table to use and probably would last through '08 if approved.

Not only that...the Pentagon can re-arrange funding in other areas....

If they try to cut funds we should leave the troops there and ask American's to pay out of thier pockets. This would be political suicide for the rats so I don't think itll happen.
