I enjoyed that thread. As one who lived in Houston for a couple years I felt I was almost a Texan~ would have stayed perhaps if Mom hadn't need me. I had a two year contract in
Charleston but felt I wanted to return to Texas afterward

snow is still falling.. I had a nice walk with doggies.. need to bathe, feed mom & pets & get ready for a new Bible Study I am attending tonight. It is in home & part of the new church I have been attending at the movie teacher(one tomorrow afternoon. too..but that is an old one & I will be meeting with the minister there & explaining why I have "jumped ship: more or less to the new church) ..and one in evening which is a OT intense survey at a nearby Congregational church.....I have been going with FReeper Wheelbarrow, who some of you remember as my older WW2 vet friend locally. It is his church & his first Bible Study. (yup at 81...his FIRST STUDY).. I told him I would attend with him.
