I think I heard politicians use the escalation word at least 30 times today but it was usually the warning to President Bush to "not escalate".

Well, it's an inflammatory word, but coming from congresscritters it's just Congress in Session and money to be allocated after some bombast. Unfortunately every islamist in the world speaking a version of English will be using the word now.

I didn't know why the use of the word "escalation" was so "important" until I heard that this is the term used in the Vietnam War...

SOOOOOOOO..the dems are at it again....making this into the Vietnam War..
