Thanks for voting, r-q-tek86! Re #38, what you say is true. However, (though I may be regretting it this time around) there are others in the final 44 (some of which you voted for) which aren't cartoons either. In addition to cartoons, I've always included pictures/photos, photoshops, animations, etc., in Today's Toons. Anything from the Today's Toons threads was eligible in the monthly voting & many "non-cartoons" made it not only into the prelim round, but also the finals.

I understand. I was just saying that... when it got down to the final two or three... I let the non-toon status of that one break the tie.

I see that there are quite a few votes for 42... also not a toon... but a classic funny none the less (and my number 2).
