the killing of two people who were SNIPING, trying to kill repair crews isn't going to have an effect, as anything other than an excuse for CRIMINALS to commit more Crimes.

The "CULTURE" that needs to be running the streets at Three in the morning.
I lived in New Orleans and the surrounding region for 22 years, got long out before Katrina was even a gleam in the Gulfs eye, so I know all about as I've heard it called "Baghdad on the Bayou". In my opinion thats an insult to Baghdad

This situation is rapidly escalating into a quagmire of Vietnam-like proportions. We should have an exit-strategy for the police before we commit them to that portion of the world.
